Las Palmas By The Sea All Inclusive, Puerto Vallarta

My stay at this hotel was simply amazing! The room was right next to the adult pool with a balcony offering an unobstructed view of the ocean, and it was very nice and clean, providing exceptional comfort. The staff didn't inform us much about entertainment or off-premises experiences, but overall their service was great. The location was pretty nice, with easy access to the beach and downtown buses. The dining options were limited but still good, especially at the lobby, adult pool, and buffet areas. The facilities were top-notch as well.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to the airport and downtown, with great service and nonstop drinks at the oceanfront location. The rooms are in the process of updating more units, so some are old, but overall, the stay was fine. The service from the local folks around the pool and restaurant areas was mixed, requiring a bit of cajoling for beach amenities at times. The location has its perks, being close to both airport and downtown, although finding a chair can be a hassle, and the beach area is a little small. Dining options were decent, with some areas like the lobby, adult pool, and buffet standing out as wonderful. Puddings were loved by many. Facilities were satisfactory, with great amenities at a good price. Overall, there is potential for improvement in some areas, yet the hotel delivered a decent stay.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable, and I loved being right on top of one of the bars overlooking the adult pool. The service was incredibly nice and helpful around the pool and restaurant areas. The location was great with easy access to the beach and downtown. However, finding a chair by the pool required an early wake-up call. The dining options were good, especially the fresh French patisseries. The facilities were excellent, and I had a wonderful time during my stay.
